It is important you know that I, Courtni Frey, owner of SimpleFamilyPreparedness.com earn income from this website.
It is also important you know that the compensation I receive (or don’t receive) does not influence the content, topics, posts, or products on this website. I base my decisions of what to post, sell and recommend on what I believe is most helpful for you.
I will only endorse products or services that I believe from my own experience are worthy of such endorsement. I will not promote or recommend a product I don’t believe in 100%. You can find an example HERE of a product I could make a lot of money by recommending it to you, yet I have chosen not to because I would not purchase it myself.
I only endorse products that I 100% trust. Every product I link to, mention, or recommend is one I am impressed with. If I wouldn’t use it, or recommend my family member use it, I will not recommend it to you and your family.
The views and opinions expressed on this website are purely my own. Even if I appear to be an expert on a certain topic or product or service area, any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this disclosure.
What I do With The Income I Earn on This Website:
I am very grateful for the compensation I receive from the Simple Family Preparedness website.
The income I earn provides the means to pay for hosting my website, payment processors, email list system, membership websites, advertisements and more, which currently (May 2017) costs around $1000 / month.
Anything above and beyond those costs compensates me for time away from my family in order to maintain this website. I try very hard to be sure that my husband and kids are always my first priority. However, maintaining this site is nearly a full time job, and I (and my family) do make sacrifices for it at times. Our time is precious and I am glad that there are ways for me to be compensated for my time while helping and supporting others in becoming better prepared.
This income also enables my family to be more self reliant by paying down debt and increasing our savings.
I also donate a percentage of all income earned to the LDS church’s humanitarian fund, and to Thrive Life’s Thriving Nations charity.
Thank you for supporting me, my family, and these charities in this way!
