Sausage and Egg Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° (180°c).
  2. Whisk scrambled egg powder and water together.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, sausage, onion, and peppers.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Spoon the batter into 6 greased muffin cups.
  6. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are slightly golden on top.
