THRIVE: GMO free Food Storage

A few weeks ago, THRIVE Life (formerly Shelf Reliance) published an update “allergens report.”  Since that time, I’ve been meaning to write this post and just kept forgetting about it.  So, here it is, a few weeks late, but here nonetheless:

I am excited to be able to tell you that:

80 of our 105 products are GMO free!

  • All THRIVE Fruits are GMO free
  • All THRIVE Vegetable are GMO free
  • All THRIVE Grains are GMO free (except instant rice)
  • All THRIVE meats are GMO free

If you are interested, you can read the entire THRIVE allergens report (click on link).  It lists all THRIVE foods that are GMO free, MSG free, and Gluten free.

  1. Hi,
Maybe you can help me. I am going to purchase 6 months (at least) of storable food. Should I just buy a prepackaged group or put my own together based on their lists. There are lots of breakfast things – I don’t think we would eat and I always think we need more meat and cheese…we use a lot of cheese! lol

    Do you have any suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Debra

    • Hi Debra. I would suggest creating your own custom package. Most pre-made packages are filled with a lot of empty calories (sugar, drink mixes, VERY heavy on grains) to make them seems like a better deal than they really are. I have a few calculators I could use to help you. Why don’t you email me a general idea of what you are looking for and I can help…I know of unadvertised deals and can credit you some free and 50% off product as well. My email is [email protected]

      • Thank you that would be great. I am opening a GMO-Free Grocery store and am trying to help small business that are GMO Free but not NON GMO project verified find alternate ways to be certified. This would help them out a lot thanks!

    • Tori, I’ve been told that the items that have been stated as GMO free are being verified as GMO free internally by documentation from Shelf Reliance’s food sources.

  2. I love this…plus the food is so good that I have cravings for certain Thrive foods! I am just so impressed with the quality. I am also eating more healthy foods since we have them on hand.
