Winter is always a tough season for me. If I could live in a Spring-Fall-Spring-Fall climate I would be one happy lady. I love being outside, but I don’t love being cold or wet. My kids get a bit (okay, maybe a lot some days) crabby when they are all cooped up inside and I struggle to find things to do to keep us all happy and entertained. That isn’t to say I don’t enjoy the Christmas season. I actually love it. I just wish that the snow only came for the 10 days surrounding Christmas.
As such, we have lots of fantastic (and mostly Christ centered) Christmas traditions, but I struggle to get through November, early December, January, February and sometimes even into March or starting in October. So this year, I after seeing this Fall Bucket List from Jamie at Love Bakes Good Cakes, I decided to make my own bucket list, but for winter instead. I’m hoping that by being organized and prepared I can combat the winter blues around our house and create some fun memories.
Hopefully, you will find some ideas that will work for your own family. Or if you like it as is, I’ve even made it printable for you!
